Brim Vibes, LLC provides bespoke, handcrafted hats and related accessories. These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website and services. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our site or make a purchase.
 

2. Custom Orders

Each Brim Vibes, LLC hat is made to order. When placing a custom order:

  • You are responsible for providing accurate sizing, style preferences, and other requested details.

  • Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or canceled.

  • Production timelines will generally take about 8-10 weeks upon order and may vary based on complexity and materials.
     

3. Materials

Our hats are crafted from high-quality materials, including felt, leather, and a variety of trims. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, or shape may occur.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to taxes or shipping charges, as applicable.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods through secure third-party processors.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
     

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We only ship domestically. Shipping times and fees vary by location.

  • Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our hats:

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

  • If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We’ll do our best to resolve the matter fairly.
     

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our site; including product designs, photos, text, branding, and logos are the property of Brim Vibes, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

9. Allergy Disclaimer

We use a variety of materials in our custom hats, including felt, leather, dyes, adhesives, and other components. While we aim to use high-quality, commonly accepted materials, Brim Vibes, LLC is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities caused by the materials used. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any known allergies prior to placing an order. If you have concerns about specific materials, please contact us before purchasing.

Brim Vibes, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product.
